The discount can only be offered by an accredited SMDC sales agent

Discount can be availed with the following payment terms:
- Spot cash payment
- 5% spot, 5% in 6 months, 90% Bank Loan Guarantee
- Approved payment term with minimum 5% spot, balance payable over 7 months
The discount offered is computed based on Deferred List Price (LP) of the unit.
The discount applied will be reflected in the Reservation Agreement given to the client.

*If the account will request for restructure or change in payment term after booking, the account will no longer be qualified for the 10% discount and 2% seller's incentive.
